60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Clara Recovery, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from one of our authorized resellers, simply return it to the place of purchase for your money back, a store credit, or a replacement product. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from our website or from one of our authorized sellers and you are not able to reach a satisfactory resolution with the seller, you may contact Clara Recovery directly to request a refund or a product credit for a purchase from Clara Recovery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging for return or replacement. 

We want to make your purchasing experience with Clara Recovery as satisfactory as possible. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Clara Recovery 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

The Guarantee is applicable only in the United States. 

How to Claim the Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact the authorized seller from whom you purchased the product. If you are unable to return your product to that seller, please email us at info@clararecovery.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your Clara Recovery product, a proof of purchase, and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to:

You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines

Clara Recovery reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
